Introducing our top-of-the-line Machined Aluminum Starlink Adapter with caravan drawbar mount, made with precision and quality in Caloundra, Australia. Our adapter is made from 6061 T5 grade aluminum, a durable and corrosion-resistant material that is ideal for outdoor use. 6061 T5 aluminum is known for its excellent machinability, making it easy to shape and form into precise and intricate shapes.

Our Machined Aluminium Starlink Adapter is designed to fit poles with a diameter ranging from 20mm to 50mm, providing a versatile solution for a wide range of installations. The M12 locking bolts are machined directly into the adapter, ensuring a secure and stable connection for your Starlink antenna. The 5 locking bolts provide added stability and security, preventing the antenna from moving or fatiguing over time.

The ap solar series' incorporates two sliding clamps allowing any degree to be achieved. fabricated from 50x50x3 aluminium 6005 t5 aluminium. light enoug to be installed by one person. 

Anti-twist torque arm assemblies are used to provide up to six-way guying to increase torsional resistance on towers supporting microwave/pencil beam antennas or surveillance cameras.

Attached to standard APAC AL340 aluminium lattice towers at any section by three heavy duty U-bolt clamps (not pictured). This system has been designed specifically to match APAC AL340 ground and roof mounted aluminium lattice towers (340 mm faced, 50 x 4 mm round tube). Supplied with 2 way guying kit, larger kits available upon application. 

APAC's AL500 series lattice modules feature three upright columns made from 76.2x4.75 CHS with 40x3 CHS lattice welded in between by certified boom welders, providing incredible strength. The series' 500 mm face width provides exceptional shear and torsional stiffness, necessary for many telecom applications. Each module is chemically cleaned and treated by hand, producing a brilliant finish.

APAC's AL340 Series aluminium lattice modules feature three upright columns made from 50x4 CHS with 32x3 CHS lattice welded in between by certified boom welders, providing incredible strength while retaining a lightweight design. Each module is chemically cleaned and treated by hand, producing a brilliant finish.

These sections are 3100 mm in length allowing postage anywhere in the globe. Spare modules have been listed for purchase separately for engineers seeking to build their own system, or as spares to extend the height of existing AL340 towers.

Designed to lift AL220 modular aluminium lattice towers, this gin pole can be used to minimise man power requried to raise the tower into position.

The 2.2 metre length gin pole is attached to the first AL220 section in your tower and winch cable laid through the guide resting on top of the pulley wheel. With the winch positioned at a suitable distance from the tower, the cable lifts from the top of the tower and braces on the pulley wheel, allowing an effective lift that no longer requires personnel to be involved.
