DTP3 Aluminium Skid Base Module - 3000 x 1750mm

The DTP3SK is an aluminium skid base module for building a broad range of systems across telecommunications, energy and mining. It is built on APAC's DTP3 mounting grid, so modules made for the grid, such as the AP-ASF-2PF solar frame, bolt straight on.

The welded 6061-T6 frame has two 152 mm channel rails with 45° sled noses and a 1750 mm deck between them. Closed 150 x 100 mm forklift pockets pass through the rails at 800 mm centres, and 152 mm channel mounting runners sit on the grid: one at each end and one 1000 mm either side of the centreline. Each runner takes M12 bolts in two rows 80 mm apart at 100 mm pitch, drilled where a module mounts. Four corner lifting lugs and a pulling lug at each end let it be lifted or dragged into position. Between the forklift pockets, a welded mast seat carries a centred AL340 tower's mount.

A bolt-in centre runner is fitted as standard, for equipment mounted on the centreline; it can be left out where the centre is to stay open. The DTP3SK is available bare, with aluminium expanded walkway mesh clipped to the runners, or with 38 mm moulded GRP anti-slip grating in safety yellow, held down with stainless fixings.
