Two-Panel Tilting Aluminium Solar Frame to suit DTP3 Platforms
This two-panel tilting solar frame is the aluminium version of APAC's AP-SF-2PF, built for the DTP3 platforms such as the AP-DTP3SK skid. An aluminium stand of two 76 mm SHS posts on braced foot plates carries a 2300 x 2070 mm frame on pivot bolts at its top, with three Schletter Solo aluminium rails and 30-40 mm end and mid clamps for two framed modules in portrait.
Two support arms run from the posts to a row of holes in the frame's outer edges. With three holes at the arm's post end and ten in the frame, the panels set at 15° to 49° to the horizontal in steps of under 3°. For transport, the arms move to a stow hole and the frame hangs vertical.
The posts stand 2000 mm apart, over a DTP3 platform's inner mounting runners. Each 152 mm foot plate takes six M12 bolts on the DTP3 hole grid, or can be welded on for permanent installations. All its fixings are stainless steel.
