APAC's modular free-standing aluminium lattice towers are manufactured locally in Queensland in 3.1 metre sections allowing effortless transport, meaning total leadtime can be measured in days - not weeks or months. As a comparatively lightweight structure the towers can be built with a small crew and minimal plant. The AL500 series aluminium towers are designed to support significant headload with minimal deflection. The 500 mm face width provides exceptional shear and torsional stiffness, necessary for many telecom applications.
These modular lattice towers consist of a large base plate, modular 3.1 metre lattice sections, and optional headframes. The 3.1 m sections are easily stacked meaning towers can be built as small as 3.1 metres with structural engineering certification up to 9.3 metres (max height of 6.2 metres in Wind Region C). APAC's AL500 series lattice modules feature 4 upright columns made from 76.2x4.75 SHS with 40x3 CHS lattice welded in between by certified boom welders, providing incredible strength that can support your technician to safely climb the full height..
