Dual Frame Standoff Mount for AL340 Towers

Standoff mounts such as this U-bolted frame are designed to position antennas, CCTV cameras, sensors, and other equipment away from the primary aluminium tower structure. Dual standoff frames have two sets of two arms positioned horizontally connecting to one or more uprights. They're also known as stand-off or offset frames. We design and fabricate these mounts locally in Sunshine Coast, Queensland alongside our aluminium tower products, allowing us to build to your requested dimensions.

This mount is constructed from 50 mm O/D structural grade aluminium tube with a bright acid finish. The standard design is a 900 mm upright with four 500 mm horizontal arms providing the offset. Dual frame mounts provide superior vibration resistance, along with significantly improved vertical and horizontal deflection over single arm mounts. These are suitable to an offset distance up to about 1000 mm before additional stiffening is required, depending on the payload sail area.

This alloy series is dimensioned to match the AL340 tower series only, we can of course fabricate to your requirements.
