The AP-ALT-GWP-S400 is a guy wire load distributing interface plate designed to attach APAC aluminium tower guy wire kits to the popular Surefoot S400 pile cap. It is manufactured from 12 mm structural-grade aluminium plate and mounts to the S400 via four bolts, matching the S400 bolt pattern.

The interface plate has five holes for the attachment of guy wire turnbuckles.
