APAC Infrastructure operates a full-service machining and fabrication workshop on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We provide CNC milling, EDM wire cutting, gear cutting, and custom fabrication services for one-off prototypes through to ongoing production supply — all carried out in-house by our own trades team.

CNC Milling, Machining, & Lathing

Multi-axis CNC milling, high-precision turning, and vertical machining for components from prototype to production. Capacity to 1500 mm diameter and 5-axis work including hard turning to 65 HRC.

Gear cutting Queensland

Gear Cutting & Precision Drive Components

Spur, helical, spiral bevel, hypoid, and globoid worm gears manufactured in steel, alloys, and engineering plastics. In-house 3D CAD design through to finished component.

Baoma BM500 EDM Wire Cutting

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Non-contact spark erosion machining for intricate, thin-walled, and exotic-metal components. Accuracy to ±0.0025 mm with direct import from 2D/3D CAD data.

3D design engineering custom fabrication

Custom Fabrication & Design

End-to-end design and build for bespoke structural, mechanical, and electro-mechanical assemblies. We work from your concept, CAD, or rough sketch through to a field-ready deliverable - engineered and fabricated entirely in Australia.
