Substructures

Substructures are foundational elements that sit beneath the primary structure and are responsible for distributing loads into the ground or underlying building fabric. They are not part of the Mounting Structure itself but form the supporting foundation into which it is fixed. Examples include pile caps, ballast foundations, structural pods, and engineered footings.
