This is a traditional cable-driven winch-up mast that comprises of 5x 1.5 metre hot-dip galvanised sections that telescope outward from a powdercoated steel base section. The extended height is 7.8 metres, which packs down to 1.8 metres. The mast has been engineered for a 50 kg payload in up to 120 km/h winds.

There are several spiral cable configurations available, with the standard option containing 1x PTL-240 Ultra-Flex Coaxial Cable, 1x Cat-6 Ethernet Cable, and DC power cable. A secondary spiral cable option is available that runs to the mast mid-point, providing an additional equipment mounting location.

A DC powered Payload Rotator option is available, which allows equipment to be panned a full 360°. It can be placed either at the top of the mast or at the mid-point using an optional bracket.

The mast is lowered and raised by a 1100 kg 12/24 Vdc Electric Winch, which is operated by a hand controller.
