APAC Deployable Jackframe Platform, 4m AL340 Tower
APAC's range of Deployable Technology Platforms (DTPs) includes its renown Jackframe series. This design was initially conceived for deployment in Antarctica, where the client required a field-assemblable weather monitoring station that could be set up by a small team with hand tools.
The Jackframe has a 3100 x 3100 mm subframe that uses four jacking legs for ground clearance and slope adjustment. It can also fork-lifted via its fork-pockets, or helicopter-lifted from its engineered lifting points.
The standard design has an integrated solar panel mounting frame, and mounting positions suitable for a range of field cabinets and enclosures. While pictured without flooring, anti-slip GRP flooring modules are available.
This model has a single 3.1m AL340 Base Module which provides a top height of approximately 4 metres. The DTP Jackframe can be customised to support taller mast structures.
