GC48T Collared Tile Roof Mast 48mm Pole

APAC's range of galvanised steel roof masts have been developed to satisfy the need for a durable, low deflection mounting platform that resists even the most intense of weather conditions. These simple tile roof masts can be used for any pole-mounted device under the sun; microwave dishes, weather monitoring, CCTV, solar panels, radio transmitters, data acquisition, GPS, Starlink and surveying equipment.

The GC48 series' collared design incorporates two sliding collars allowing stay bars to be attached to the centre mast without invalidating engineering certification by drilling new holes to vary the stay bar pitch angle. This design is safe, fast, and heavy duty, and is available in a range of different heights.

GC48T is a subseries of the traditional GC48 mast, which employs the use of three adjustable threaded bar mounts that fix to the underlying roof structure, such as attaching to rafters or purlins. Installation is a matter of marking out your distances, poisitioning the plates, and drilling three holes in the tiles to feed the threaded bar through. An M10 bolt runs through a stirrup to hold the central 48 mm diameter pole in place while still pivoting, allowing roof pitch compensation.
